Description:
Bayou Brands approached me to create a custom t-shirt design to celebrate Jazz Fest, with a focus on the vibrant spirit of the Gospel Tent. The concept centered around a stained glass aesthetic, paired with the uplifting phrase, “Take me to church!”

After several design iterations, we arrived at this dynamic, hand-drawn piece. The initial illustration was crafted using Procreate on an iPad for precision and an organic feel. It was then vectorized, colorized and finalized in Adobe Illustrator.

This project brought together tradition, artistry, and cultural significance, resulting in a standout design that resonated with festival attendees and celebrated the heart of Jazz Fest.
