BCS Performance Solutions is a company in Kansas that orchestrates facility wide energy plans and systems. Their systems are implemented at universities, hospitals and facilities. They are long term plans that ultimately cost a lot of money, but usually save the facilities tons of money by employing evaluation, equipment and education. 

I have gotten to work with all types of clients in my career so far, some more experienced with the process of design than others. Design is definitely a process, and there are steps and measures that can help everyone get the job done.
